[Utah_ahead] Emotional Support Animals

Hi all-

I am wondering how other offices are handling requests for Emotional Support Animals under the State Law.  In particular, do you have any documentation guidelines that you are following?  This semester was have already gotten a few requests.  The law is quite broad and I want to have a standard for documentation, etc... but don't believe it can be as strict as for LD/ADHD/Psychological under the ADA.
