[Utah_ahead] Pay rates for interpreters and Managers of Deaf Services

Hello,

I am wondering if any of you would be willing to share with me the rate
of pay for your interpreters (all levels) and for your institution's
Managers of Deaf Services.  I would love to see our personnel paid more
and one of the ways it is viewed as inequitable is looking at other
institutions in the State of Utah and salary for similar positions.  I
know I am asking for a lot but it is really important to me.  You are
