[Ms_ahead] Important Reminder

The Mississippi Association on Higher Education and Disability
(Mississippi AHEAD) Spring Conference is fast approaching, and WE NEED
YOU to help make this conference a success.  

 

This spring's drive-in conference promises to be even better than the
last, and features:

*         nationally renowned speaker, Dr. Salome Heyward, speaking
about important legal issues and the changing environment for disability
compliance, as well as hosting a Q/A session with YOU, the audience; 

*         Ms. Christine Woodell speaking about how to create barrier
free environments on our campuses; 

*         special lunchtime entertainment provided by the
internationally acclaimed Hinds Community College Jubilee Singers;

*         and a chance to meet new Mississippi AHEAD officer candidates
and learn how to cast your votes

 

If you haven't already registered, it's not too late!  The conference
will be held Friday, April 11th, 2008 at Hind's Eagle Ridge Conference
Center <http://eagleridge.hindscc.edu/>  in Raymond, MS. A registration
form is attached.
