Purpose of Program: The purpose of this program is to
support model demonstration programs that promote the
successful transition of students with intellectual
disabilities into higher education and to enable
institutions of higher education (IHEs) (or consortia of
institutions of higher education), to create or expand high
quality inclusive model comprehensive transition and
post-secondary programs for students with intellectual
disabilities.

Think College is part of the Consortium for Postsecondary Education for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and is supported, in part, by a cooperative agreement from the Administration on Developmental Disabilities, Administration for Children and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
